做(zuò )法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
