做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
