做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
