做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
