做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
