做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
