做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
