做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
