做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
