做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
