做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
