做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
