做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
