做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
