做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
