做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
