做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
