做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝(cháng )。 -
