做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
