做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
