做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡(pào )软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
