做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
