做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
