做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
