做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
