做法(fǎ ):洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
