做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
