做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
