做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
