做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
