做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
