做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
