做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
