做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
