做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
