做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
