做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
