做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
