做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
