做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
