做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
