做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
