做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
