做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
