做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
