做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
