做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
