做法(fǎ ):洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
