做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
