做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
